Determined to offer a sustainable, high-quality energy storage system at a reduced cost, Lithium Battery Solution found a way to reuse the batteries of renowned electrical vehicles like Tesla, Leaf, or Kia for example.
We use high-tech recycling procedures to recondition batteries from accidental electrical vehicles: instead of being thrown away, they can be used for another 10 years at least and give an impressive performance.



Why Second Life Battery Banks?
Lithium Battery Solution (LBS) offers tailor-made lithium energy storage solutions using high-quality lithium batteries, removed from electric cars.
We thoroughly test the batteries we receive to evaluate their condition, including their actual capacity and State of Health (SOH). We will then give them a “2nde life” by using them in an energy storage system specially designed according to your needs. Our modules can be used in a wide range of applications and come with our high-tech BMS. Our BMS can balance a large number of modules, offering you a system with a high capacity without concern.

Vehicle Dismantling and Lithium Cell Recuperation
In an electrical vehicle bound for the compactor, the batteries are carefully recuperated, separated into modules, and grouped according to their origin.


Voltage and Resistance Verification
Each cell of each module is then rigorously tested on multiple key factors including voltage, resistance, capacity, and State of Health (SOH).
Reconditioning and Clustering
These modules can then be re-used by our team of experts at Lithium Battery Solution in a new energy storage system. The battery bank will be designed according to the requirements of your project with all the modules having the same SOH and capacity.


Battery Management System Integration and Delivery
Like all of our energy storage systems, our 2nd-life battery banks come with a Battery Management System (BMS) that will ensure all the cells are constantly balanced, and no over-charge or under-charge occurs. The BMS communicates with all the charging and discharging sources to keep your system safe and durable. Once the BMS is programmed, the energy storage system is tested again before delivery.

These batteries have between 65% and 100% remaining lifespan, the State Of Health is given
by the vehicle before the battery is removed from it. The SOH is identified on each module
