Testing Every Single Cell
In this process, every single battery cell will be tested to ensure proper performance and reused in a vast variety of battery banks with mentioned supply of reconditioned Tesla, Nissan and Kia batteries.
Why Second Life Battery Banks?
Lithium Battery (LBS) Solution offers tailor-made lithium energy storage solutions using second life lithium batteries, removed from electric cars.
In our manufacturing process, we evaluate the condition of the batteries using controlled methods. When we recuperate those batteries, we re-use them to create a new system that is tailored to your needs. Our modules can be used in RV, working trucks, boats, UPS, ESS for off grid systems or any other energy reserve needed. We can configure your system at 12VDC,24VDC,48VDC or higher voltages if needed.

Vehicle Dismantling and Lithium Cell Recuperation
Recuperated from electric vehicles, those lithium batteries are separated into cells modules and then get sorted and grouped according to their State of health (SOH) and origin.


Voltage and Resistance Verification
The lithium battery cells are then individually tested on multiples key factors including voltage, resistance, State of charge (SOC) and State of health (SOH).
Reconditioning and Clustering
Using high-tech remanufacturing and reconditioning line, our teams in Lithium Battery Solution regroup supplying battery cells into new configurations of Second Life Battery Banks. The scale of this clustering is depending on the project requirements according to vast number of SOC and SOH factors.


Battery Management System Integration and Delivery
It is crucial to constantly balance the lithium cells, to have alerts, alarms or shutdowns when there is a problem with one of the cells or the entire system. The Battery Management System (BMS) has to be able to communicate with the different charging and charging sources to have a safe and durable system. The lithium battery solution provides a pre-charge and heater relay to maintain its second life battery banks at the correct operating temperature.

These batteries have between 65% and 100% remaining lifespan, the State Of Health is given
